For the texture element, I wanted to shot perspectives that showed the various elements that make a shoe unique. From the traction pattern on the bottom of the shoe that allows it to grip to any surface, to the technology used to secure one's foot while either play basketball or just walking around. And finally the various designs and materials that are used inside the shoe. For these images I shot at with a high ISO of 1600, while also manual focusing on a particular area.

Lighting
Since lighting can change the way we view a particular item, I used it to my advantage with shoes. When light hits certain materials on shoes, they can be seen in a whole new perspective. In this case, for these photos I tried shooting at various angles to catch the right lighting. Along with these angles, I switched between various ISOs and focus settings to capture what I considered a perfect shot.
